Katelyn Landeis

Katelyn Landeis, Extension Agent/Agriculture and Natural Resources


Katelyn joined Grand Forks County Extension in December 2019 as the Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent.  She previously served as the full time AGNR for five years in Nelson County.  She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science and a concentration in Plant Science.                                                In 2016, Hain, K she obtained her North Dakota Crop Adviser (CCA) Certificate. Katelyn is native to Southeast Minnesota.

She has been working with Cooperative Extension since 2012 serving as an Americorps member with UW-Extension in Dunn County, Wisconsin; later moving to an Agent-In-Training position in Walsh County, ND in March 2014. Katelyn is responsible for educational programs in soil management, pesticide certification, agronomy and crop production, range pasture and livestock management.
