Food Product Development

This course is designed to provide students the opportunity to incorporate the basic principles of food science in the theoretical development of food products. (Food Science Capstone) Undergraduate Prereq: CFS 453, CFS 460, CFS 464, CFS 470. Spring. 3 credits.
