Sweet Potatoes in Applesauce

Ingredients
- 1 (15.5-oz.) can sweet potatoes, drained
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 c. applesauce
- ¼ c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- ¼ tsp. nutmeg
Directions
Preheat over to 375 F. Place sweet potatoes in a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with sugar and nutmeg. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
Per serving: 160 calories, 2 grams (g) fat, 36 g carbohydrate and 144 mg sodium.
