Pumpkin Bread Master Mix

Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (15-oz.) can pumpkin
- 2 1/2 c. Baking Master Mix
Directions
Beat eggs and sugar together in a bowl until well blended. Mix in soda, spices, water and pumpkin. Add Baking Master Mix and stir until dry ingredients are coated. Pour into a greased 9- by 5- by 3- inch loaf pan.
Bake in 350 F for 45 to 55 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
