Parmesan Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients
3 small tomatoes, cut into 4 slices
1 Tbsp. olive oil
¼ c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
Pinch of salt
Ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Place tomatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Parmesan cheese. Roast for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and is slightly browned.
Makes 3 servings.
