Light and Easy Country Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. celery seed
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 8 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, celery seed, pepper. Add cabbage, carrot and green onions and toss. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Makes 12 servings, 3/4 cup each.

Per Serving: 45 calories, 1.5 grams (g) of fat, 6 g carbohydrate, 2 g protein and 160 mg sodium
