Fresh Salsa

Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 3 finely chopped jalapeno chilies, seeded if desired
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Juice of 1 lime
Directions
Wash and prepare vegetables.
Serve with baked tortilla chips.
Makes four servings.
Per 1/2 cup serving: 30 calories, 0 grams (g) fat, 2 g fiber and 40 percent of the daily vitamin C recommendation.
