Dilled Cucumbers

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

•    2 medium-sized cucumbers
•    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream or plain yogurt
•    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
•    Salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions

Thinly slice the cucumbers across the width. Combine the cucumbers with ingredients and serve chilled.

Makes 4-6 servings.

Per Serving: about 40 calories, 8 g (grams) of carbohydrate, 0 g of fat,  and 20 mg sodium
