Apple Cranberry Salad Toss

Ingredients
- 5 c. of leafy greens such as lettuce or spinach
- 1 medium red apple, sliced
- 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries / "Craisins"
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 3/8 c. fat-free or low-fat raspberry vinaigrette dressing (or other dressing of choice)
Directions
Wash leafy greens thoroughly with running water. Drain. Tear into bite-size pieces. In a large bowl, toss lettuce, apples, walnuts, cranberries and onions. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
Per serving: 100 calories, 3 grams (g) fat, 17 g carbohydrate and 2 g fiber.
