Apple Cranberry Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head of lettuce (10 c.)
- 2 medium apples, cored and sliced
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
- 1 c. cranberries, dried
- 1/2 c. green onion, sliced
- 3/4 c. vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Toss lettuce, apples, walnuts, cranberries and onions in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
Makes eight servings.
