Wobbly Wonders

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 1 12-oz. package sugar-free flavored gelatin of your choice
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1 1/2 c. low-fat milk
  • 1 3.5-oz. package vanilla instant pudding


In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool at least 30 minutes. Pour milk into large mixing bowl and add pudding mix. Using an electric mixer, beat one minute. Gradually add and beat in gelatin mixture. Pour in a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan. Chill in the refrigerator for several hours. Cut into squares with cookie cutters or knife. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 20 servings.
