Salsa Dip

Here's a quick and easy dip to enjoy with seasonal vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. fat-free sour cream
  • 1 c. chunky salsa (from a jar or fresh/homemade)

Directions

Mix sour cream and salsa. Serve with your favorite vegetables, such as carrot sticks, celery sticks, radishes and zucchini slices.

 

Makes eight servings.

Per 1/4 c. serving: 35 calories, 0 grams (g) fat, 7 g carbohydrate and 1 g fiber.
