Orange Dream Creamsicles

Ingredients
1/2 c. vanilla soy milk (or regular milk)
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
Directions
In a blender, blend soy milk and orange juice concentrate together. Place in popsicle molds and freeze.
Makes 4 servings.
Per Serving: about 45 calories, .5 grams (g) of fat, 9 g carbohydrate, 1 g protein and 15 mg sodium
