Honey Yogurt Fruit Dip

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 1 cup nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey (or to taste)
  • Red and green apple slices


Mix yogurt with vanilla and cinnamon. Add honey to taste until desired sweetness is obtained. Rinse and slice apples right before serving.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 70 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 13 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein and 45 mg sodium
