Ingredients

2 c. quick-cooking oats

1 c. peanut butter

½ c. sliced almonds

½ c. mini chocolate chips

¼ c. honey

Directions

Combine oats, peanut butter, almonds, chocolate chips and honey in a medium-sized bowl.

Stir until combined.

Line an 8- by 8-inch pan with parchment or wax paper and press oat mixture into the pan.

Place in freezer for 45 minutes to one hour until firm. Cut into rectangles.

Wrap individually with parchment or wax paper and store in refrigerator or freezer.

Makes 12 servings. Each serving has 270 calories, 16 g fat, 8 g protein, 27 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber and 90 mg sodium.
