  • 1 c. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. diced cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried dill)


Combine ingredients and chill.

Makes eight servings.

Per Serving: 20 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 2 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein and 15 mg sodium
