Russian Salad Dressing

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


•    1/4 c. canola oil
•    1/4 c. ketchup
•    1 Tbsp. sugar
•    1 Tbsp. vinegar
•    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (bottled or fresh)
•    3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
•    1/4 tsp. paprika
•    1/4 tsp. salt
•    1/8 tsp. pepper


In glass jar  with screw cap, combine all ingredients. Cover and shake well. Refrigerate. This recipe may be stored up to two weeks in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.

Makes 11 (1 Tablespoon) servings.

Per Serving: about 55 calories, 5 grams (g) of fat, and 2.6 g of carbohydrate.
