Red Wine Marinade

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ tsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. coarse-ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
