This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 2 c. pretzel twists
  • 1/2 c. dark chocolate M&M's
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds


Mix all ingredients and divide evenly.

Makes 14 servings.

Per Serving: about 190 calories, 6 grams (g) of fat, 28 g carbohydrate, 5 g protein, 2 g fiber, and 440 mg sodium
