Fiesta Mix

Ingredients
- 1 c. whole-grain cereal with fruit
- 1 c. Chex-type bran cereal
- 1 c. O-type cereal
- 1/4 c. raisins or dried cranberries
- 1/4 c. peanuts
- 1/4 c. shredded coconut
Directions
Mix together and place half-cup portions in lock-type sandwich bags for quick snacks.
Makes 4 servings.
Per Serving: about 210 calories, 9 grams (g) of fat, 32 g carbohydrate, 3 g protein and 3 g fiber
