Tasty Turkey Burger

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey
- 1/3 c. onions, minced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- Cooking spray
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey with all of the ingredients. Form into six patties (4 ounces each). Spray a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. Heat on stove to medium heat. Transfer patties and cook for five minutes. Turn patties over and cook for another four minutes or until cooked to an internal temperature of 165 F. Serve on a whole-wheat bun with a slice of tomato, onion and lettuce.
Makes 6 servings.
