Ingredients

8 - 8” Whole Wheat Tortillas

½ c. almond butter, divided into 8 portions of 2 tbsp.

2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. honey, divided into teaspoons

2 tbsp. and 2 tsp. chia seeds

8 medium bananas

Directions

Spread 2 Tbsp. almond butter on tortilla. Drizzle with 2 tsp. honey and sprinkle 2 tsp. chia seeds. Next, top with 1 banana and roll up tightly. Slice into pinwheels or eat whole.

 


Makes eight (1 roll-up) servings. Each serving has 470 calories, 22 grams (g) fat, 13 g protein, 64 g carbohydrate, 7 g fiber and 430 milligrams sodium.
