Baked Applesauce Oatmeal Squares

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 c. fat-free ilk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. uncooked rolled oats
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. raisin
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions
- In a large bowl, mix oil, applesauce, milk, sugar, vanilla, and eggs.
- In a separate bowl, stir together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture
- Evenly spread mixture into a greased 9 x 13 -inch baking dish
- Bake uncovered at 375 F for 25 minutes
- Serve warm
Makes 12 servings.
