Tuna Melt Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni, uncooked
- ¾ c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. skim milk
- 1 (7-oz.) can of tuna, drained
- 1 c. frozen peas
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Reduce cooking time by about one-third since this will be baked. Stir in peas and cook until soft. Add milk, tuna, and two-thirds of the cheese. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until casserole reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
Makes 6 servings.
