This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • ½ c. skim milk
  • ½ c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)*
  • 1 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)*
  • 6 ounces raspberry low-fat yogurt

*Try different fruits and yogurt flavors for a variety of tastes and nutrients.


• Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Service chilled and enjoy!

Makes 2 servings.

Per Serving: about 150 calories, 1 grams (g) of fat, 31 g carbohydrate, 7 g protein, 3 g fiber, and 90 mg sodium
