Tortilla Fruit Pizza
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension.


2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 whole wheat tortilla
1/4 c. yogurt
1/2 c. fruit



Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Spray each side of the tortilla with nonstick cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool. Top tortilla with yogurt and fruit.

Makes one serving.

Per Serving: about 230 calories, 4grams (g) of fat, 47 g carbohydrate, 4 g fiber, 7 g protein and 350 mg sodium
