Strawberry-Raspberry Sundaes
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 1 c. strawberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 c. raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt


Puree strawberries and raspberries with sugar and lemon juice in a blender. Serve over frozen yogurt and top with sliced strawberries and raspberries if desired.

Note: Can substitute frozen, thawed fruit with no sugar added.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 130 calories, 3 grams (g) of fat, 26 g carbohydrate, 2 g protein, 1 g fiber, and 35 mg sodium.
