Refreshing Fruit Dip
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension.


16 oz. frozen peaches, thawed
10 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
½ c. honey nonfat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
¼ tsp. almond extract


  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit, such as apple slices or strawberries

    Makes 20 servings. Each (¼ cup) serving has 20 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g protein, 4 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber and 0 mg sodium.
