Pineapple-Mango Smoothie
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 8 ice cubes
  • 1 c. pineapple, diced
  • 1 large mango, diced
  • 2 c. fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract


Place ingredients in blender in same order as written. Blend until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 80 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 21 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein and 15 mg sodium
