Peach Sorbet
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 3 1/2 c. canned peaches (about 16 ounces), drained
  • 3/4 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice


Cut up peaches and mix with yogurt and lemon juice. Freeze. Cut up frozen peach mixture and place in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.

Per Serving: about 180 calories, 5 grams (g) of fat, 31 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, and 70 mg sodium
