Hot Spiced Tea

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


•    2 c. orange instant breakfast drink mix (such as Tang)
•    1 c. sugar
•    1/2 c. instant tea, unsweetened
•    1 tsp. cinnamon
•    1/3 tsp. ground cloves


Mix well. Store in tightly closed container. Add 3 teaspoons to 1 cup hot water and enjoy.

Makes 56 servings.

Per Serving: about 42 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 11 g of carbohydrate, and 30% of the daily recommendation for vitamin C.
