This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


1 ½ lb. green grapes

0.3 oz. box Sugar-free Jell-O

1 gallon zipper bag


Remove the grapes from the stem.  Using a colander, thoroughly wash grapes with cool running water.  Pour the Jell-O mix into a gallon zipper bag.  Put the wet grapes into the zipper bag and close tightly (The water with help the Jello-O stick to the grapes).  Shake the bag until all of the grapes are covered in Jell-O mix.

Makes 4 servings.

Each serving has 130 calories, 0 grams (g) fat, 2 g protein, 31 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber and 50 milligrams (mg) sodium.
