Fruit Kabobs With Yogurt Dip

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 1 c. watermelon chunks
  • 1 c. pineapple chunks
  • 1 c. seedless grapes (red or green)
  • 1 c. strawberries (whole or halved)
  • 2 kiwi (peeled and cut in quarters)
  • 8 bamboo skewers
  • 1 c. vanilla yogurt, nonfat


Rinse fruit thoroughly, then prepare as directed. Place fruit on skewers, alternating the types of fruit. Arrange fruit kabobs on a platter. Place yogurt in a small bowl and serve it on the side.

Makes 8 servings.

Per Serving: about 60 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 14 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g protein and 20 mg sodium
