Cinnamon Fruit Salad

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15.5-oz.) grapefruit sections, drained
  • 2 cans (15.5-oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Toss fruit in large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.

Makes 8 servings.

Per serving: 110 calories, less than 1 grams (g) fat, 29 g carbohydrate and 4 mg sodium.
