Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. unsweetened 100% orange or pineapple juice
- 1/2 c. fruit-flavored low-fat yogurt
- 1 c. frozen, unsweetened blueberries
Directions
Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Serve.
Makes one servings.
Per Serving: about 250 calories, 2.5 grams (g) of fat, 51 g carbohydrate, 5 g fiber, 45 g sugar, 6 g protein and 95 mg sodium
