Cranberry Wojapi

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. dried cranberries
  • 2 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with ¾ c. water

Directions

In a large saucepan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until mixture is thickened and cranberries are plumped.

Makes four servings.

Per serving: 150 calories, 0 grams (g) fat, 0 g protein, 41 g carbohydrate and 5 mg sodium.
