Yogurt Pops

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 6 oz. plain or flavored low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4 c. 100 percent fruit juice of choice


Whip yogurt and juice together until smooth. Pour into Popsicle molds, paper cups or ice cube trays. Insert Popsicle sticks or toothpicks into each pop. Cover container with plastic wrap and poke through if needed. Freeze until solid.

Flavor Ideas: banana yogurt with strawberry juice, vanilla yogurt with raspberry juice, or lemon yogurt with orange juice. You can add fresh fruit if you have a blender.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 59 calories, .2 grams (g) of fat, and 12 g carbohydrate
