Yogurt-Berry Smoothies

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


•    2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
•    2 c. frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries)
•    1 banana, sliced
•    1/2 c. orange juice



Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into four glasses and serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving with unsweetened berries: about 185 calories, 1.8 grams (g) of fat, and 37 g of carbohydrate.

Per Serving with sweetened berries: about 245 calories, 1.8 g of fat, and 54 g of carbohydrate.
