Sassy Potato Topper

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

•    1 8-ounce container plain, non-fat yogurt
•    1/4 c. chunky salsa
•    1 Tbsp. chopped red or green pepper
•    1 medium green onion, chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients and chill. Serve over hot, baked potatoes.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 36 calories, 0.1 grams (g) of fat.
