Ranch Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1-ounce package ranch-style dressing mix
Directions
Put ingredients in a blender or use a mixer. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, broccoli and red and green pepper strips.
Makes 8 servings.
Per (1/4 cup) Serving: about 120 calories, 1 grams (g) of fat, 5 g carbohydrate, and 5 g protein.
