Quick and Easy Vegetable Dip

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


•    1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
•    2 c. light sour cream
•    1/2 c. light mayonnaise


Combine all ingredients in bowl. Chill for about 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir before serving. Serve with a variety of cut-up vegetables.

Makes 20 2-Tablespoon servings.

Per Serving: about 52 calories, 5 grams (g) of fat, and 1.6 g of carbohydrate.
