Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Dip
This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension.


¾ c. canned pumpkin puree

1 c. non-fat vanilla greek yogurt

2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

¼ tsp. vanilla extract


In a mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Serve with apple slices, Nilla wafers or graham crackers.


Makes eight (3.5 Tbsp.) servings. Each serving has 30 calories, 0 grams (g) fat, 3 g protein, 5 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber and 15 milligrams sodium.
