Morning Shake

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

•    1 c. fat-free milk
•    1 banana (or 1 c. frozen peaches)
•    3 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate

Directions

•    Blend all ingredients in blender or with hand mixer until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes 2 servings.

Per Serving: about 150 calories, less than 1 grams (g) of fat, 32 g carbohydrate,  and 70 mg sodium
