Fruit and Pudding Milk Mixer

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.



•    4 cups low-fat milk
•    1 package (4 servings) instant pudding
•    1 banana
•    1/2 cup strawberries


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 225 calories, 1 grams (g) of fat, 47 g of carbohydrate,  1.2 g of fiber, and 300 mg of sodium.
