2 cups fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt

1 pkg. instant pudding, cheesecake flavor

1/3 cup skim milk


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Gently stir to combine. Add additional milk for a thinner consistency.


Makes 10 (1/4 cup) servings. Each serving has 70 calories, 0 g fat, 4 g protein, 9 g carbohydrates, 0 g fiber and 400 mg sodium.
