Creamsickle Fruit Dip

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

•    1 1/2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt
•    1/3 cup frozen orange concentrate, thawed

Directions

Mix well and refrigerate until serving.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 90 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, and 20 g of carbohydrate.
