Chocolate Bananarama Milk Mixer

Ingredients
- 4 c. fat-free milk
- 1 (4-oz.) package chocolate instant pudding
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- 6 ice cubes
Directions
Place ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend for one minute or until smooth. Pour into four glasses. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
Per Serving: about 200 calories, .5 grams (g) of fat, 41 g carbohydrate, 9 g protein, 300 mg of calcium and 460 mg sodium
