Carmel Apple Dip

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.

Ingredients

•    8 oz. light cream cheese, softened
•    3/4 c. brown sugar
•    1 tsp. vanilla
•    Chopped peanuts (optional)

Directions

•    Beat all ingredients until blended. Garnish with chopped nuts if desired. Serve with freshly sliced apples.

Makes 8 servings.

Per Serving: about 126 calories, 8 grams (g) of fat, 21 g of carbohydrate.
