Banana-Peach Smoothie

This healthy recipe comes from NDSU Extension Service.


  • 1 can (15.25-oz.) sliced yellow peaches in juice, chilled.
  • 1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. low-fat milk
  • 1 c. ice
  • 1 (6-oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled


Combine peaches (undrained) with all other ingredients in blender or mixer. Cover and run on high until smooth.

Makes 4 servings.

Per Serving: about 150 calories, 1.5 grams (g) of fat, 32 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber
