Easy Salsa Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans (no fat added)
  • 1/4 c. salsa

Directions

Mix beans and salsa together. Microwave until heated through. Serve with whole-grain crackers or veggies.

Makes five servings.

Per Serving: about 60 calories, 0 grams (g) of fat, 11 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber and 360 mg sodium
